Really good Hotel Experience
attentive staff excellent drinks convenient spa
The staff helped us park the car. They provided a breakfast to go as we had an early departure. They also offered an umbrella for the beach. The hotel features a bar, a dining area, and a spa. The bartender prepares excellent drinks and the breakfast was delicious.
The hotel charged for three nights when we had to cancel with short notice. The manager did not return our call after promising to do so. I feel this action was unreasonable for a hotel of this quality.

Our room was spacious and clean. It accommodated my husband, my son, and me well. The building presents lovely and elegant decorations.

The rooftop plunge pool allowed relaxation after exploring the city. The spa includes a sauna, a steam room and a pool. Water jets and a waterfall add a nice touch.

friendly staff wine surprise fabulous hotel expensive meal unprofessional waiter expensive wines
the staff were very friendly! they offered us drinks while we waited, it was charming. we even received a daily surprise like wine in the room or cookies. the hotel itself is fabulous! i would love to return and recommend this hotel to others.
the evening meal seemed quite expensive. it wasn't as good as other restaurants nearby. the wine waiter seemed unprofessional, pushing very expensive wines.

i stayed in the double room spa access. the hotel staff was very polite. they gave restaurant recommendations. the rooftop plunge pool was a GREAT addition.
the valet parkservice cost 40 euros a DAY. the approach is kinda difficult. it is in a traffic-calmed zone.
